Her community of fitness enthusiasts continue to mourn Bitner on social media, where friends have shared heartfelt tributes. Fellow influencer Anahi Rosales expressed her grief with several posts on Instagram, beginning with her initial post announcing the news on Monday, July 14.

“I woke up with my heart in pieces, praying it had all been a bad dream, but reality hit hard,” Rosales wrote. “Yesterday, I lost one of my best friends. And I truly don’t know how to move forward knowing I’ll never hear her voice again.”

In a following Instagram upload, Rosales again voiced her reaction to the tragedy. “The pain is heavy, and the silence she left behind is overwhelming. She wasn’t just a friend… she was family. We had years of memories, laughs, and future plans, and now I’m just trying to figure out how to move forward without her,” she wrote of Bitner.

Another IFBB pro Janet Bloodworth posted a picture of the two of them together accompanied by an emotional caption.

“I just literally found out about the passing of my friend this morning. I’m in shock and heart broken. Christina Bitner was a beautiful person inside and out,” Bloodworth wrote on Tuesday.

She continued to remember their first time meeting backstage at an event in 2020.

“She was so sweet and nice and could tell I was a nervous wreck. She gave me so much advice and calmed me down and we became friends and stayed in touch ever since,” Bloodworth wrote of Bitner. “Please pray for her and her family.”
