According to sources in The Daily Mail, “Richard is 100% responsible for Kevin and Jewel’s relationship with each other. She’s been a friend of Branson’s for many years, and he’s been Kevin’s best friend since the 1990s.”

The source continued: “Richard invited Jewel to host her charity fundraiser for Necker and honestly, the relationship came naturally.” “They’ve had a great success and Jewel seems happy about it.”

The newspaper’s source said that Branson invited Costner to his luxurious island of Necker to help him forget about his controversial divorce from his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner, and invited Jewel to the island to raise funds for her.
